Male, born in 1969, master's degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is now the Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Graduated from the Polymer Department of Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1991 with a bachelor's degree. From 1991 to 1994, he worked at Shanxi Institute of Chemical Industry. From 1994 to 1997, he studied as a graduate student at the College of Materials Science and Engineering at Beijing University of Chemical Technology and obtained a Master's degree in Engineering. From 1997 to 2002, he worked in the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and served as an assistant researcher and associate researcher. From 2002 to 2013, he worked in the Division of Project Management and the Division of Comprehensive Planning of the Bureau of Planning and Finance of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and from 2013 to 2016, he worked in the Division of Science Facility and the Division of Investment of the Bureau of Facility Support and Budget of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, during this time he successively served as deputy director, director, and fourth level staff. From January 2016 to July 2023, he served as Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Starting from July 2023, served as secretary of the Party committee and Deputy Director of the Institute of Biophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
