We use single molecule biophysics techniques and molecular dynamics simulations to study cell mechanobiology and mechano-chemistry of Biomacromolecules. Our researches focus on T-cell immune activation and its regulation. We try to elucidate how immune receptors recognize their ligands and how the recognition signals are transduced across the cell membrane. We also try to develop new strategies for T-cell based immunotherapy for cancers and other immune diseases.
