本课题组围绕"天然免疫防御和病原菌毒力"这一主题,通过整合生物化学、结构生物学和细胞生物学等多学科技术手段,从宿主和病原两方面开展深入的机制研究,近年来重点聚焦细胞焦亡、炎症和病原菌拮抗的分子机理。
