研究方向:

目前的纳米酶在生物医学应用中的首要挑战在于如何赋予其病灶靶向性,以避免非特异性结合影响纳米酶在靶组织的催化活性并引起全身的毒副作用。为此,我们将基于多肽纳米药物和铁蛋白药物载体的研究背景,精准设计环境响应性的靶向自组装多肽纳米酶用于生物医学研究,利用多功能多肽自组装成纳米颗粒,并生物矿化合成纳米酶,形成环境响应的智能化纳米酶,进一步深入研究不同结构纳米酶的活性及其催化机制,根据构效关系对纳米酶进行理性设计,更高效地发挥纳米酶催化功能,降低纳米酶的非特异性吸附和毒副作用,有利于提高疗效并满足预后需求。在生物医学领域具有广阔的应用前景。
